Become a Light Up Turtle Creek Park Sponsor

The Conservancy kicks off the 2026 holiday season with our annual free community event, Light Up Turtle Creek Park, on Wednesday, December 2, from 6 to 8 PM, with the tree lighting ceremony at 7 PM. Santa will be on site for holiday photos, while guests enjoy festive treats. Guests can also explore a charming Mistletoe Market featuring local vendors to inspire their holiday spirit.

All Sponsors Receive:

• Name/logo displayed on the TCC website event page, multiple mass email blasts to 8000+, and our social media page through January 15th, 2027.

• Name/logo displayed in the TCC Ads in Katy Trail Weekly and MySweetCharity, recognizing you and/or your company as a sponsor of Light Up Turtle Creek.

• Sponsor recognition during Light Up Turtle Creek Park through signage recognition and Emcee announcements.

• Yard signs with your logo will be placed throughout the park and along Turtle Creek Boulevard.

Presenting Sponsor - $25,000

• Custom F-pole banners with your logo will be installed along Turtle Creek Boulevard from November 1, 2026 to January 15, 2027.

• Presenting Sponsor recognition during Light Up Turtle Creek Park, our free community celebration that kicks off the holiday season, and custom recognition at Holiday in the Hall, an exclusive member soirée bringing together Conservancy members, neighbors, supporters, and philanthropists.

• Gift tags with your logo will be prominently displayed on each adopted tree in TCP.

• Opportunity to involve employees, clients, or guests in the holiday season through tree adoption or a designated volunteer/holiday activation.

• Up to 10 guests to attend Holiday in the Hall on December 6 from 6- 8 p.m at Arlington Hall

Santa’s Picture-Perfect Toy Drive Sponsor - $15,000

• Your brand will be displayed on customized free photos with Santa! Everyone in the photo receives a 4 x 6 print and photos may be texted to phones making sharing with others as easy as tagging them on social media.

• All guests are invited to bring a toy to Santa’s Toy Drive, which will be donated to the charity of your company’s choice

Santa’s Elves Workshop - $10,000

• In Santa’s Workshop, children will decorate cookies, craft festive keepsakes, and enjoy face painting to take the holiday magic home.

• Your employees will be invited to volunteer as “Santa’s Helpers,” assisting children with the fun holiday activities.

Reindeer Rings - $7,500

• Put a smile on their faces with free donuts! Donuts are made on site while guests watch in anticipation. Your logo is displayed at the donut station and on the bag of hot, fresh donuts.

Mrs. Claus’ Warming Station - $5,000

• Your brand will be featured on a signature cart offering a hot chocolate bar, specialty coffees. Supply your branded napkins, cups, or other giveaways.

North Pole Gelato Stop - $5,000

• Your logo will be prominently displayed on the custom Gelato La Boca Cart, serving free tasty gelato to all.

Balloon Space Lights at Light Up the Park - $5,000 SOLD

• Your company logo will be branded and on display across the 5’ air-filled orb lights that are necessary to illuminate the parking circle in front of Arlington Hall during the festivities.

Fireside Treats - $3,000

• Delicious s'mores made on site. Your company name and logo will be prominently displayed on all s’more packets, where grateful guests will gather to create and enjoy the sweet holiday treat.

Warm and Toasty - $3,000

• A fun and festive addition to the evening, a warm gourmet nut cart will serve freshly roasted nuts for guests to enjoy. Custom packaging featuring the sponsor’s logo adds a special branded touch and gives guests something delicious to enjoy while celebrating the season.
